If we proceed, we will map your existing infrastructure, interview stakeholders and subject matter experts across the relevant departments, and produce a detailed picture of your current state.

The initial qualification is free. If next steps are determined, we will provide a detailed proposal for consulting services scope and deliverables.
2: Assessment & Design
From the current-state report, juxtaposed to the future-state goals along with our recommendations, we proceed to technology walk-through and vendor qualification.
From there, we design the Enterprise Video Content Factory architecture that fits your requirements, what it should include, how the components connect, what it will cost, and what it will deliver.
Cost & Commitment:
Paid engagement. GAP analysis, technology walk-through and presentations, target architecture design, component recommendations, implementation roadmap, and business case.
3: Build & Enable
We source the technology, drive and oversee implementation with any integration required, manage vendor relationship and configure the system to your workflows.
Then we build the enablement program that ensures your team actually adopt it – complete with documentation, training, and support plans.
